The brother of a friend got an interview and it went like this:

"Write code that would allow X to X, okay?...Begin"

And then there were four guys standing behind him watching him write code. His previous qualification as I understand it, he could never talk about. Those are the kind of guys they like. Extremely technical peoples it seems.

Yeah, I figured my chances were pretty slim without a highly technical background, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Oh well—I never liked California anyway.
